Privacy Policy

Our Core Principle

Your personal data stays on your device. Memori is designed with privacy as a fundamental principle, not an afterthought. We collect only anonymous, aggregated analytics to improve the app — never personal data, never identifiable information.

Data Storage

All data generated by using Memori is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This includes:

• Brain Score assessment results
• Exercise history and scores
• Streak and achievement data
• User preferences and settings

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share it (e.g., sharing a score card with friends).

No Accounts Required

Memori does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or sign in with any service.

Anonymous Analytics

We use TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service, to collect anonymous usage data. This helps us understand how the app is used so we can improve it. TelemetryDeck does not collect any personally identifiable information. Data collected includes:

• Anonymous usage signals (e.g., which exercises are played, screens visited)
• App version and device type (no unique device identifiers)
• Aggregate session counts

TelemetryDeck is GDPR-compliant and does not use cookies, fingerprinting, or any form of cross-app tracking. No advertising SDKs or tracking tools are used. Learn more at telemetrydeck.com/privacy.

Apple Services

Memori integrates with the following Apple services, governed by Apple's own privacy policies:

• Game Center: If you sign in to Game Center, your scores may appear on leaderboards. Managed entirely by Apple.
• StoreKit / In-App Purchases: Subscription purchases are processed by Apple. We do not access your payment information.
• Notifications: Scheduled locally on your device. No external push services.

Data Sharing

Share features use iOS's built-in share sheet. We have no involvement in or access to this process.

Data Deletion

Delete all data from Settings → Reset All Data, or uninstall the app.

Children's Privacy

Memori is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
